I saw the vehicle online & automatically knew it was for me. I submitted a credit app and was immediately contacted by Colleen who advised I will be contacted by my salesperson. Lora reached out to me & I told her what I wanted, how much I was looking to put down prior to coming into the dealership. Her and Hamad worked behind the scenes and didn't call me to come in until everything was approved. Upon arrival to the dealership I saw my new car outside cleaned & ready to go. Paperwork was ready to be signed. Hamad offered me warranties to help protect my investment, which I highly recommend. If you're looking for an honest, haggle free salesperson, Lora is your girl. If you're looking for a finance consultant to advise what warranties your vehicle ACTUALLY needs instead of throwing unnecessary packages you'll never use, see Hamad. Lora was the sales person helping me and she was so knowledgeable, accommodating and patient. As I mentioned it had been a while since the last time I was in need of a vehicle, and I had a lot of questions. Which Lora had no problem providing me with the answers to every little detail I asked about. I went in thinking I already knew which vehicle I was getting and after seating in it, I was actually torn between the RDX and MDX. So she made sure I got to test both to get a better feel for them on the road. With no pressure by Lora and really just giving me great details between the two I ended up with the MDX (not the vehicle I thought I was going to get). Which that was another thing I really liked, her approach. She was pleasant to work with, and her pitch was not a pitch more like an informative conversation and it was not aggressive. Like you may hear about sometimes, just super friendly, informative and patient with my indecisiveness during that torn moment. All in all, great team all around and I would recommend Lora and anybody else for that matter at this dealership. Thanks for everything. More
