Sold me a car with multiple issues and failed to fix it completely the most recent time I took it in. They had my car for over a week and did nothing. Communication is terrible. The assistant service manag completely the most recent time I took it in. They had my car for over a week and did nothing. Communication is terrible. During my time there, she managed a few customers at the same time and it seemed we all were treated with the same level of guidance and priority....which I imagine is quite a skill. I test drove two cars and they were each well prepped -- warm, clean, clear of snow. When I was struggling with a decision, not 100% certain about whether either option was 'the one' for me, she asked me a few more questions about what's important to me. And then lo and behold, she found a car that fit nearly everything I was looking for. That is a terrific salesperson! Great experience with Leticia and highly recommend her! More

I would highly recommend buying from here but being more cautious if you want to finance from there. More
