They threatened to put a repo on my credit I went into the dealership at the end of October 2017. I decided to purchase a 2017 Cherokee sport. They secured the financing with Alley Finance but before giving them any money or accepting delivery of the vehicle I decided that I did not want the car that same day. The manager became angry because I changed my mind and threatened to put the vehicle on my credit as a repo. About a week ago I received a call from the finance company (this is January) stating that my monthly payment was past due. I told them that it was a mistake and explained the situation. The manager at the finance company said that they would fix the situation but I just received a delinquency letter in the mail. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and retaining counsel. I guess he really meant what he said. This is fraud. This dealership knows that I do not have the vehicle so why would they accept money from a finance company? Dont go there. If they are that desperate for sales they must be in financial trouble, vindictive ,accustomed to deceptive practices and just dont care about people. What else are they doing to people? More

Brand new lemon car I purchased a Cherokee on Aug. 29th, airbag system light was on. Stayed on for 11 days until I took it in to service. It came back on took it to service again on Oct 10th. Sent me to Enterprise for a rental. South Oak kept my Cherokee for 2 weeks and I got charged for the rental. Now my heat comes on by itself and it's extremely hard to make a right turn. More
