Our experience with the dealership was exceptional. Matt was polite and professional at all times. He took all the time we needed to ask our questions and answered them in such a way as we could unders Matt was polite and professional at all times. We are still learning all the bells and whistles on the CX90 as my last car was a 2003 Suzuki XL7, very different vehicles. Doing the financial part of our transaction with Lauren was a breeze. She also was very polite and professional and got us through all the paperwork in short order. I wish other dealership could be as good as she was. Our experience was better than what we expected at a "car dealer", Matt was not pushy at all and let us take our time to look the CX90 over and test drive. This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. There was no pressure, but Jeff listened carefully to what we were saying, and found exactly what we wanted. We found the pricing for our new purchase, as well as our trade in, very fair. We were planning on doing a lot of on-site shopping before purchase, but after Jeff showed us what we had (and we did online comparisons with numerous other dealers) we took the big step and made the buy. Special mention for Lauren in finance and Todd the manager! I would rate both Jeff and O'Daniel Mazda at the very top! More

Our O"Daniel experience was pleasant while being informative. Matt walked us through the paperwork as well as all the features of the car.
