Russ was good to work with, he was very friendly, and allowed us to check out the vehicle at our own leisure no pressure at all which I appreciate. That being said, I was surprised that the vehicle had n allowed us to check out the vehicle at our own leisure no pressure at all which I appreciate. That being said, I was surprised that the vehicle had no front mats and no owners manual and only one key fob. To Russ' credit he did get me the mats and owners manual. However, it's for a 2024 and I have a 2025 Pacifica I'm hoping there is no difference. The key fob does disappoint me though because now I have to spend an additional $360 to get another one from your service dept. More
