My overall sales experience at Dick Scott Chrysler exceeded my expectations. I was interested in just looking at a Dodge Ram and ended up leaving with one due to the fact that everyone was so pleasan exceeded my expectations. I didn't purchase my Town & Country from his dealership, but I plan to buy a Jeep Wrangler in the next year and Dick S turning in my leased vehicle. The new Jeep Patriot (great car by the way) has been in for service on the air conditioner twice. Still not working as of this writing. Due for a third try .... So far, not impressed with the competence of the service technicians. But this is the first time I've dealt with this dealer, so I'm hopeful my experience will improve. August 1 2012: Third time was the charm, AC now working perfectly. (Turns out the problem was electronic/electrical and not mechanical as you might normally expect). I chose Dick Scott for the new car purchase based on the recommendation of several friends and on my personal bad experiences with most other dealers I've dealt with over the years. I believe, based on my experiences with this dealer to date, I can pass the Dick Scott recommendation on to others with confidence. More

I was looking to replace a Lincoln MKZ in which lease was up in 10 days. We had just left the Lincoln dealer and were on the way home when we saw Dick Scott Dodge. Since we had purchased 2 cars previously fr up in 10 days. We had just left the Lincoln dealer and were on the way home when we saw Dick Scott Dodge. Since we had purchased 2 cars previously from them we decided to stop in. I asked for Larry since he was our previous saleman. Larry greeted us warmly and suprisingly remembered our names from 3 years ago! We told him we were looking and asked what he suggested. We told him what options we needed and he brought out a Chrysler 300. We knew immediately this was the car we wanted. Perfect color, perfect options, perfect price. We bought that night. The whole sale was wrapped up in about 1 hour. Thanks Dick Scott and most importantly thanks Larry. In this day and age when people dread dealing with car salesmen this dealership is fantastic. They will definitely see us for future purchases.. More

I walked into the Dealership, everyone was smiling, customers being taken care of and I knew I was in the right place. Jason Scott was in a meeting with Dick Scott and I was made to feel welcome by th customers being taken care of and I knew I was in the right place. Jason Scott was in a meeting with Dick Scott and I was made to feel welcome by the staff and sales staff. Larry Walsh who ended up taking over for Jason knew his products, and most importantly to me was knowing the inventory prior to them receiving into their system, he saw my car come in the day before. Both Jason and Larry are extremely professional, I see them as make it happen individuals with a deep sense of passion for their respective careers. My son in law has been wanting me to do business with Dick Scott Chrysler Dodge for years, I am glad he pushed even harder this time around for a new lease vehicle Dealer. While checking out the car prior to leaving I noticed a few scratches that were immediately tended too by Larry and the service department. I went back over the car again and noticed a dime size piece of paint was gone in the front bumper under the grill, immediately Larry set up an appointment for service next week and I am having mud flaps put on the car. Larry Welsh once again is being very accommodating as he springs into ACTION and making good on efficiency, promises and his word.. Jason Scott worked out a deal for my new lease which was the same as my prior Dealership. Dick Scott had what I wanted and I am glad I chose to purchase there.. More
