Great experience buying my 2025 Volvo XC40 at Smythe Volvo. Kyle Jackson, my sales associate, was a pleasure to work with. Kyle was very knowledgeable about the cars and took the time to answer all my questions. He took me for a long test drive to check out the car and never hurried me or pressured me. He clearly loves Volvos and wanted to make sure I bought the right car for me. He gave me a fair deal and did everything he promised me. The car I selected was still in transit to the dealership so Kyle kept me informed on the status of the car every step of the way until I took possession a week later. Kyle even took the time to take pictures of my car once it arrived at the dealer and sent them to me. I would not hesitate to return to Smythe Volvo and buy another car from Kyle. Everyone I met and interacted with at Smythe made me feel like I was part of the family. More

Can't say enough about Kyle and the overall experience at Smythe. We had just come off a horrific experience at another dealer (two bad experiences, actually). We were so turned off. But we found this bea Smythe. We had just come off a horrific experience at another dealer (two bad experiences, actually). We were so turned off. But we found this beautiful Audi at Smythe and decided to give it another go. My wife stopped in and met Kyle. He was terrific from the start. All she did was want to see it before the two of us went back. There was no pressure, no "sales-pitch" or anything. Just a nice guy who listened to my wife and her auto buying needs. We went back that night, test drove the car, talked with Kyle (again, "talked", no pressure). He took the time to answer to every question we had and explained everything in detail. It was more of a conversation than a sales transaction. We explained what we were looking for, in terms of deal (money down, monthly payment, etc.). Kyle introduced us to Abood, helped us explain exactly what we were looking for and we were told "No problem. We hear you and will do our best. If it doesn't turn out to be the deal you are looking for, no worries, but we'll call you in the morning." Next day, my wife got the call and the deal we talked about the night before was they deal made happen. No sweat, no stress, no anxiety. We walked in later that afternoon. Car was prepped, big red bow on it, papers ready to sign, and my wife as out of there in under an hour. THANK YOU Kyle, Abood, William (our delivery specialist) and everyone at Smythe. THIS PLACE is our new and only place to go for a car and we will tell everyone! More
