Kevin Galicia at Crown Honda

Crown Honda is really a great company. Verfy friendly and professional. They may have screwed up with regards to my financial requirements but they work on it and then everything went smoothly. Kevin is a gret guy. I will recommend that you look for him if you come by and visit. He might be a little too busy since a lot of buyers are looking for him especially Filipinos. Over-all 2 thumbs-up for the company.

I had an Excellent experienced with this dealership company. All the staff were very friendly from the management team to ranks. Mr. Kevin Galicia and Jack Reves were very accommodating, very patient and helpful and they exceed my expectations as a customer. These people know the meaning of real customer service. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and relatives. They really deserve A+ from the bottom of my heart.

I'm so glad I purchased a vehicle here with a very fine customer service. I totally recommend seeing Kevin Galicia. Just name the price or the type of vehicle you are looking for and he will find it for you. He is very honest and patient. He tells you all the information about the vehicle because he wants to make sure that you are satisfied with what you are purchasing. I bought an Acura EL 2001. This is my first car and I have to say "it already feels like my dream car!" The car is in great condition and was very well maintained Thanks Kevin Galicia.

All the staff at Crown Honda where wonderful! Super friendly they went out of there way to help me. I loved that they have a women going over the details of my new Honda Pilot. Thanks Michelle! You rock! Well Jack is amazing super nice guy and again went out of his way to help me. Always answered my calls. Kevin also very nice and friendly, always willing to help. All the staff greeted me with a smile. It's like they all love there jobs! A special thank you for the birthday wishes. When I picked up my Honda Pilot the staff had made me a birthday card and left a box of chocolates in my new car. Thank you, thank you

We have bought alot of cars over 40 years this being the first Honda, the experince at this dealership was very pleasurable.
Kevin was very patient and accomadating When I told him I wanted to test drive the Civic in the showroom on a busy Saturday they had it pulled out for me to test
Ilanded up buying this car an on pickup Kevin took the time to explain all the option button an how they work.
I would highley recommend this dealer to anyone.They know about customer service not take the money and don't know you after.

I was impressed with the overall experience. I researched the type of car I was looking for and saw it on-line, I booked a test drive late that night. An e-mail was sent back to me that same night confirming the appointment. A follow-up phone call was made the following day confirming the car was available. Before meeting David, I had been talking with Kabier and Kevin.

Once I arrived to view the car of interest, the staff was very receptive. David and I took the car of interest for a test drive. He was very good at being not a "salesman" but a person who was interested in knowing what I was looking for, example below.

One of the colours of a car that I was interested in was black, but David discussed with me why I shouldn't get a black car. An everyday salesperson would have agreed and try to find one for me (and one was ready to do so at a different dealership), but David listened to me, and pointed out that the care of a black car would not fit in with my Family Life. A small detail, but someone was looking out for me.

Kevin Galacia spent an entire 7 hours with me, assuring that we did whatever we could to meet my financial budget, to get the best value for my trade-in, to go over every detail and feature of the vehicles, allowing time for questions, and even went so far as to give me a snack from his own personal lunch. He did not pressure me at any time throughout our meeting, not did he rush me, or leave out any details. He was so thorough and patient, kind and courteous, as was the rest of the staff. I put a rush on the vehicle as I wanted to take it home immediately and they did whatever they could to make it happen. Jack Reves was also very quick, thorough and helpful in answering any and all financial questions I had, and even took it upon himself to take the old floor mats out of my trade-in and brought them to the shop to have them washed and dried, then put them in my new car for me. I left the dealership with the biggest smile on my face, and couldn't be happier with my new purchase.
