My Review of Okotoks Honda:
We had a very positive experience right from the moment we pulled into the Okotoks Honda. Everyone we came into contact with was friendly and very knowledgeable. I think the thing that stands out the most for me is how forth right Honda is with their information. Within just a few minutes I had all of the knowledge that I needed, and felt at ease.
We had dealt with other dealerships that make the process of buying a vehicle extremely frustrating and confusing. I really liked how simple their models to each vehicle are explained, you can chose A, B or C and these are the prices. Very clear!!
The finance staff were great and made our life so easy with having our registration done before we arrived to pick our new odysessy up. When you have a busy family you don't have time to deal with the little things, I appreciated the help!
When we picked up the odysessy we were treated with such care and had a wonderful instruction of our new vehicle. I left feeling very good about knowing how the vans features worked.
Such a nice experience, so many places that we could have chosen to buy from and I feel very confident in the Okotoks Honda for all of our future services and purchases.

My Review of Okotoks Honda:
Kerry was very professional and helpful. He listened to what we were interested in and helped us to find exactly what we wanted. Kerry also explained the vehicles options/controls very well as well as the warranty. Kerry also shows a very genuine concern for customer satisfaction and happiness, as do all the people that we have met at Okotoks Honda. Overall, my experience with Kerry and everyone at Okotoks Honda is far more pleasurable than any other dealership I have ever dealt with.

My Review of Okotoks Honda:
We were shopping around via e-mail for the best price on a new Pilot in the area and Kerry Lewis was quick to respond and, within a few e-mails, we had a price that we were satisfied with. Although our situation changed and we weren't able to buy from Okotokes Honda, we were still very impressed with the prompt responses and straightforward answers that Kerry gave us. He cleared up any confusion that we had with buying a new vehicle and made things very simple. This is saying a lot since quite a few dealerships wouldn't even talk to me unless I came in (this was over the Christmas holidays so I wasn't even in town and was trying to arrange a purchase price via e-mail), some were even offended that I would even have the gall to ask for a lower price, and some didn't even respond. Don't get me wrong. A lot of sales staff at dealerships were courteous and did send us back a good price, but Kerry's price and service were by far the best. It is great to see that there are still salespeople like Kerry out there that will still take the time to help someone out and understand that customer service is what keeps people happy. We would have loved to have been able to purchase from Kerry and Okotokes Honda.
