I purchased a 2006 f150 from McCluskey Chevrolet. I was told that it would be checked over thoroughly befor I received it. After getting the vehicle home I raised the hood and found hoses dry rotted. Two told that it would be checked over thoroughly befor I received it. After getting the vehicle home I raised the hood and found hoses dry rotted. Two weeks later they finally fixed the problem. I have had the truck serviced at the dealership since I have owned it. The last time the truck was taken in for an oil change, the service department personel who serviced my truck did not put enough oil in it. It was 2 quarts of oil low. I took the truck back to them for this problem and they could not find anything wrong or could not find out why it used 2 quarts of oil when I took it on vacation. I drove 225 miles to my destination after having the oil changed at their service department and the truck was 2 quarts of oil low when I checked it to drive home. I put 2 quarts of oil in the truck and drove the same route home and did not use any oil. They could not find the reason why it used 2 qrts of oil but did manage to find $1800 dollars worth of other problems my truck had. Now keep in mind that the truck was just in their service department about 3 weeks before that and there was nothing wrong. Needless to say I did not let them work on my truck again. To fix what they said was wrong with my truck cost me less than $250 in parts. After I told them that I did not want them to work on my truck I went and picked it up. When I got it home and looked under the hood, who ever at the service department that diagnosed my truck left to end of my air breather off and 2 of the clamps were gone. So I had to go and get new clamps to fix the problem. All I can say is do not go to this dealership and this is not the only incident that I have had with them. More

My father and I met with Keith McCluskey due to an on-going issue with our vehicle and he set up an appointment, dealt with the issue at hand and took good care of us... Keith went over and beyond hi on-going issue with our vehicle and he set up an appointment, dealt with the issue at hand and took good care of us... Keith went over and beyond his call of duty...he made my car safe for me and my grandkids to drive in again and for this I thank him... Derrick Robinson is a very pleasant individual. When I first met him in the body shop he was very honest about what needed to be done with my vehicle, he talked with Keith and Chuck Maly to make sure the situation was handled. Thank Derrick! Chuck, you called me to let me know up front what I was dealing with and I appreciated that, you took the initiative to make sure my car was safe to drive. Thank you Chuck! More

After having a rough time with the car buying process, we were called into McCluskey Chevrolet by Keith McCluskey himself! I could not believe that Mr. McCluskey would actually take the time to right what he were called into McCluskey Chevrolet by Keith McCluskey himself! I could not believe that Mr. McCluskey would actually take the time to right what he found to be a wrong situation. At first I didn't even believe that it was even him contacting us, but we soon found out that it indeed was! Car dealerships normally have the reputation of being swindlers that only care about a commission; this was my mindset before I experienced true integrity. Mr. McCluskey and Karen Shepherd worked diligently on our issue until we walked out of the door completely satisfied! For a dealership as large as McCluskey Chevrolet to take the time with ONE customer speaks volumes of the character of this company. Our dealings restored my faith in a business that can prove to be a very tricky one! I believe that; even though they may not boast of being a Christian business; the principles of “treat others as you would want to be treated” and “esteem your brother higher than yourself” were clearly at work in our situation. We were treated with the utmost respect and care! We sat in Mr. Mcluskey's office and talked about life! We weren't made to feel as if we were beneath him in anyway, but talked as if we were old friends! Karen Shepherd came down from the Mason office to ensure that we were satisfied! She worked hard to make sure that we had everything that we needed and that the process went smoothly! This was truly a learning experience and a blessing for my family. We walked out of the the doors and a heavy burden was lifted as we embraced our new friends! I even got a little peck on the cheek :), just as sweet as you would give to a family member! I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome and I have McCluskey Chevrolet to thank for it! If I could post pictures to this website, I would introduce you to “Justice"...that’s the name of my Candy Apple Red 2010 Chrysler Sebring (BIG SMILE) I would and will HIGHLY RECOMMEND McCluskey Chevrolet! More
