After purchasing a preowned XC 60, I needed to come in to have the windshield replaced as well as have somebody bodywork done as agreed with the dealership. I also just brought it in to have the infotainment have the windshield replaced as well as have somebody bodywork done as agreed with the dealership. I also just brought it in to have the infotainment software updated for the day. Each time, usually with Billy, but the last time with Justin, has been equally good. Both were an absolute pleasure to work with. More

Justin did a good job overall, and I appreciate his efforts throughout the service process. However, the start/stop feature on my car is still experiencing issues and was not fully resolved. I was also efforts throughout the service process. However, the start/stop feature on my car is still experiencing issues and was not fully resolved. I was also disappointed with the detailing of my car and the post work left on my car. My car initially entered the service center clean, but it seemed to have been washed and wiped down again afterward with a dirty rag, which actually made parts of the vehicle look dirtier. Inside the car, there were dirt marks and stains left behind from the work that was performed. Additionally, the rubber trim around the Volvo illumination in the door was crushed during service, although I was fortunately able to fix it myself. Communication throughout the process could also be improved, as I would have appreciated more updates and clearer follow through. Overall, Justin provided good service, but there are definitely areas where the overall experience and attention to detail could be better. More
