I would give a 5 but our salesman Mike B was more interested in telling stories and bragging about reviews than he was in closing our truck purchase. Buyer beware. If you absolutely have to buy a trauck and you can't find what you're looking for any place else and by accident happen to wonder on to the LENZ If you absolutely have to buy a trauck and you can't find what you're looking for any place else and by accident happen to wonder on to the LENZ dealership you will be sorry. Skip has no real customer service skills, no tact, and you will irritate him if you start asking questions about a vehicle. Next, should you want a manager because you don't want to deal with Skip, Justin will mislead you on the price of the vehicle. Once you reach out to the ownership because your business isn't worth the time to fix the obvious issues at hand, they call it "obsticles" and delfect from the the root cause of poor customer service. Save yourself time and money and go to any other place beside Lenz. Give your business to a company that will treat you right and not mislead you. You've been warned... More

We loved the F250 Truck listed at 60k when we went to purchase JJ switched price to 69k, when we told him no and that the sale was for 60k he then tried to sell to us for 66k, we said no once again. At that point I told him we either purchase for the list price or we get the DOT involved for false advertisement. He then agreed to the list price and we signed papers and put money down. We were then waiting and I knew they were trying to scam something up. JJ ( sales manager) then told us the truck was scheduled to go to auction and he couldn’t sell the truck to us. And it so happened to be scheduled to leave for auction over the holiday weekend. We even reached out to Brian Lenz himself to make sure he was aware of what was going on. He said the sale wasn’t final because the finance department didn’t sign off yet.We ended up reaching out to get DOTgov Involved. They called Lenz auto and told them they had to hold the truck till the investigation was complete. More
