I rarely write a review about anything, but I feel compelled to after my experience at the O’Daniel Jeep Dealership. I was thrilled with my experience and with my purchase. I have been planning my next vehicle purchase/lease for weeks. I researched dealerships, carvana and other online services. I’m so glad I stopped in at O’Daniel. I wanted to deal with a dealership close to home, but I figured the deal wouldn’t be as good. Salesman Justin Harding proved me wrong. He described himself as an advisor instead of a salesman. I was skeptical. But he was right. He guided my decision on whether to purchase my current Compass or lease/purchase a new Jeep Cherokee. I didn’t feel pressured. Instead I felt informed and I was very pleased with my monthly payment and the Jeep Grand Cherokee I leased. I was also impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the manager who finished the paperwork. I believe they call him “Tex.” He explained warranties and the fine print well. Thank you. A special thanks to my friends at ODZ I started working with Justin about 12 years ago on a community event. At that time my credit was not the best. He did not judge at all. We continued to work together on the community event at least once a year. He always made time to help me out. Fast forward to this month. I was finally ready to purchase a Jeep! Justin did not treat me any differently than when I bought the first car. He actually knew how big a deal this purchase was for me. This was my first time working with Tex on the paperwork. Craig was also a big help! He stopped by help with any of my questions. I will always buy my cars at O’Daniels because I don’t feel like I am being sold to. While the other dealer ship wanted to play the "let's haggle and make a deal" game, Justin just simply put a great deal on the table and was able to get it done. I appreciate the honest candor and knowledge of the Jeep Gladiator. Outstanding experience that made buying a car fun! Josh was also fantastic to work briefly with. He went over the paperwork clearly and was able walk through everything at a great pace. When I declined some of the services they were making available he didn't try to push hard on those items. He was great at explaining the extended warranty and convinced me to purchase that as a safety measure for my vehicle. More
