Diron and Doreen have been my A team salespersons for a while now. I now also have an A team in the finance world, Bubba, MM and David! They worked extremely hard to get me the best interest rate they could, and I am extremely grateful. Thanks also to the general sales manager Jeff, and managers Justin and Mike for all of the assistance! Travis is a whiz kid with technology, so he showed me how to work all the electronic bells and whistles of my new ride! All in all, it was an awesome experience and as long as I'm in the state of Texas, I won't go to another dealership for my car buying needs. Everyone there are true professionals and won't rest until they have found the absolute best deal that they can offer. Easiest Car Purchase I have known Justin Allerheiligen for 10 years or so. Every time I have purchased a vehicle from him, it's been smooth and painless. He recently too I have known Justin Allerheiligen for 10 years or so. Every time I have purchased a vehicle from him, it's been smooth and painless. He recently took a job in management but he still assigned me to a salesperson, gave me his best price on the vehicle, and had his salesperson go pick up the vehicle from another Five Star location for me so that I could deal with Five Star NRH. Even though he wasn't my salesperson, he still came out and sat with me during the entire process. Justin makes car buying so easy. There are no games back and forth between the salesperson and "the boss." Then when I got to finance, Tut was also amazing. He showed me the various banks that were competing for my business and then gave me the best rate of those that came back. He beat my credit union and they're usually tough to beat. Tut was friendly, easy to deal with, and didn't try and sneak any extra stuff into the financing agreement. I've purchased 12 cars from dealerships and this has been the easiest transaction of them all. If you're ever at Five Star Ford, ask for Justin Allerheiligen (Al-er-hi-le-gen). I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from him in the future. More
