Went to Honda Winnipeg to lease a new vehicle. Andrew was there to greet us as soon as we came in. He showed us a few vehicles, was knowledgeable and informative and helped us find one that suit our needs. Also had the pleasure of meeting Judy who was also very helpful and managed to get us approved. Was very impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff. Would definitely recommend this dealership and looking forward to doing business with them again in the future.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Judy and Brad were awesome! They got us the vehicle that we wanted at a rate that was ideal for our financial situation. They made sure that we got everything we need and they worked really hard to get us an approval. Our experience with Winnipeg Honda is beyond words. We will surely recommend this dealership to others.

Th customer service at Winnipeg Honda was excellent in every way,...at the beginning. The staff themselves were very friendly and courteous to my husband, myself and our baby. After purchasing a used car with Winnipeg Honda we found everything was not fully disclosed to us in which we felt deceived especially because we had purchased an additional service that would not have not been valid because of all the information not being disclosed. My husband then contacted the dealership and expressed our frustration. The reply we received once we expressed our disappointment was not met with our expectations to fix the arrangement. After negotiations we upgraded our used car to a new one. The staff were always very friendly with us (as they should have as we were upgrading). We wanted our experience at Winnipeg Honda to be superb, and it was until we had signed the papers and came back with a problem.

Buying a new vehicle from Winnipeg Honda was an overall positive experience. David Zhang was friendly and knowledgeable about the products he was selling. We felt no pressure to buy. Judy in financing was thorough and efficient. We recommend Winnipeg Honda and in particular David to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Will definitely return to Winnipeg Honda when the time comes to upgrade our second vehicle.

Just got my CR-V this afternoon. Great dealership atmosphere. Everyone is always willing to help, even everyone asks if you want a cup of coffee or tea. I would recommend my salesman Andrew for being such a sincere guy. He will find ways to help you choose the right vehicle for you. He understands tagalog very well so for my fellow newcomers from the Philippines, make sure to contact him for your first car in Canada. One employee who was remarkable as well was Judy. Like her colleagues, she is more than willing to help in anyway possible. Keep up the good work guys. Here are 5 stars for you!!! *****

I have purchased 5 vehicles in the last 10 years, three of them new. Every step of this experience with Honda was, surprisingly, a new one for me. I had a bad experience with VW, and was looking to trade in. Every dealership I spoke to, including VW themselves, gave me a trade-in price in the low 20,000s. New Experience #1: Honda gave me as much as $7,000 more for my trade than other dealerships.

Our salesman, James, is New Experience #2. I expected, and even anticipated, some small talk and general chat. With James, however, the experience was far more personable. His friendliness doesn't come off as just a means to an end, but as someone genuinely interested in helping. The Finance Manager, Judy, was another pleasant aspect. She introduced us to New Experience #3, a warranty option that allows us to purchase more when it runs out (time/KMs). This is the first time I've paid more for the protection plan than the warranty.

Finally, this brings us to New Experience #4. After the sale, when we came to pick up the vehicle, we found that we wouldn't be just driving it off the lot. It was in pristine condition, on the show floor, with a signed "thank you" sheet as well as a big red bow. Then, all of the staff on hand (it seemed) came and congratulated us on the purchase. The 15 or so people there applauding did kind of make us feel on the spot a bit, but it seems they take their "treat like family" mindset to its fullest extent.

Not only would I recommend them to others, I already have to my parents. If the vehicle treats me as well as this dealership, I can't imagine going elsewhere.

I had already made a previous purchase with Andy and Judy just around 2 years ago. I came back to Andy asking him if he can figure out something for me as I had a 'special' situation. I explained everything to him in detail via email and the reply I got was 'Sure, bud. Just come in and we'll look at all our options for you.'. This came as my first pleasant surprise with my second Honda purchase.

After that, despite the difficult factors including difficult people such as I, We we're still able to close the deal especially with Judy's courteous and very patient financing prowess.

My description is very vague as most of the juicy details are rather personal and could even be considered gossipy and uncalled for if told here by me so I will try to make up for it in my last sentence.

They had told me before and after the purchase that they do want to make sure that everything is 100% - 10/10 - customer experience no less. Of course, to me, this is the #1 line of every sales person in the world. In this particular purchase, I actually had to call them out on it and they delivered. I'd say they lied to me and gave me 110% 11/10 Customer Experience. :)

When we reach the Honda dealership one of their sales representative welcomed us immediately. He asked us what he can do to help us. He explained what is the special features of the car we choosed in appropriate manner.
