We had a great experience. Buying a car is always a little stressful but the guys at Infiniti Naperville took good care of us and we’re not pushy at all. Before this we dreaded going car shopping- but little stressful but the guys at Infiniti Naperville took good care of us and we’re not pushy at all. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and was always available for phone calls and questions. It was a pleasurable experience dealing with him. Joe was the finance person we dealt with. We give him the same attributes as Dan. It was a pleasure working with him as well. All in all it was a great and positive experience purchasing our vehicle at Infinity Of Naperville. The only negative thing we could say is that the fuel tank of the vehicle was less than half full when we drove away after the purchase. We would recommend Infinity consider that in their future sales. More

Not informed about electric cars The whole buying experience was fine, the trouble came when I tried to drive my car home. It was an electric car with some original features that I ha The whole buying experience was fine, the trouble came when I tried to drive my car home. It was an electric car with some original features that I have never encountered before (apparently some of them would drain the battery quicker - like the heat). I asked some questions but was not given very good or thorough information. I had previously done some research and I thought I knew enough to get me home, which was 2.5 hours away. I traveled about 1 hour to a relative's house where I searched for a fast charge station to recharge. I then learned that there were not any fast charge stations in the area that fit my car (they were all for tesla's). I spent hours driving around trying to find one and wasting more battery. In the end I had to spend 4 hours at a slow charge station to get my charge high enough to get me home. The console told me I had 120 miles before I needed to charge, my house was 82 miles away. About halfway there I noticed the available miles were reducing faster than the miles I was traveling. At that rate I would not make it home and there were no stations (fast or slow) before my house. I did some guessing about what things to turn off in the car and finally made it home, at 3 am, with only a couple miles to spare. Very stressful. I take most of the blame for this since I did not do proper research however I was given no instructions at the dealership. They did not seem to know anything about electric cars. And I was almost stranded on the side of the road due to my lack of knowledge. I chose to buy in person instead of online because I wanted to be able to talk to someone. This was my mistake. Everyone was very nice and tried to be helpful they were just not very informative. More

Pleasantly Surprised! We started our purchase online during the week. Our next step was creating an appointment due do the Coronavirus environment for Saturday. Upon arrivi We started our purchase online during the week. Our next step was creating an appointment due do the Coronavirus environment for Saturday. Upon arriving all of the appropriate sanitizing steps were clearly being followed which provided a sense of overall comfort. Once we found our first Infiniti which was a QX50 we started the negotiations with Garrett Soderlund. We felt the purchasing process was stress free compared to our previous purchase experiences with other manufacturers. Garrett took the time to explain all of our available options and went the extra mile for us being first time Infiniti buyers. We are excited to start a new relationship with a very reputable dealership and an excellent first hand impression! More
