We had such a great experience buying a car from this dealership 2 weeks ago that we returned to buy a second car. We contacted Mark Roncone again, who was our salesperson for the first car as well. This dealership treated us like family. They were fair and honest throughout the buying process. Both purchases were stress-free. Our experience with Joseph Limjuco in the Finance Department was also very professional and pleasant. We have purchased numerous cars over the past few decades and these were the first two stress-free purchasing experiences that we had. Even though we didn't purchase an Infinity, we will be taking both of our cars back to this dealership for service because of the staff and customer service environment. The waiting area is also very comfortable. We would recommend Mark Roncone and this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car. More

Good experience at Infiniti of Naperville I called ahead to view the car I was interested in , when I arrived it was waiting for me to drive and I was met by a sales person ( Mark Roncone) I I called ahead to view the car I was interested in , when I arrived it was waiting for me to drive and I was met by a sales person ( Mark Roncone) I explained to Mark what I wanted and test drove the car. We then discussed the price and trade value of my car and in less than ten minutes we had what I considered a fair deal. I then met with Joe Limjuco and closed our deal and siged all the paperwork .Joe took the time to explain everything I was signing in detail and answered all of my questions. My overall experience was very good and and would look them up again when shopping for a new car. More
