Coming from a Latino family that left their home country to move to the states and becoming a sales person in one of the best used car dealerships in the entire country is one of the biggest achievements in my life, but the pursuit of this dream wasn't always easy I started from the bottom like many of my colleges I used to clean the cars that I now sell and i proudly say it. thanks to the Bourne's family for this opportunity.

The easiest car shopping experience we’ve ever had! My husband and I came in looking for a new vehicle at Bourne’s because we had been given a recommendation by friends. We had already done our research My husband and I came in looking for a new vehicle at Bourne’s because we had been given a recommendation by friends. We had already done our research on their website and requested to test drive a couple of cars. We were greeted by very friendly employees who helped us right away. The cars were ready for us. It was super busy in there, but it seemed very organized, everyone knew what they were supposed to be doing. Jose was our sales person and he was friendly, relaxed and not pushy. As soon as we picked which car we wanted, he made it as easy as possible for us. He explained our options, but didn’t try to sell us on anything else. We had our two small children with us so it was very important to us that the process was fast and easy- which is was! Carlos, helped explain our financing and warranty options. He was also very relaxed and knew his stuff. Overall, it was a great experience. Fast, friendly and we felt good when we left. More

I financed through Bourne's but again , never felt pressured to do so . Top notch organization. More

We loved the selection they had. Most cars were really clean. Don’t be discouraged if you don’t see the car you’re looking for in their lot. They have another lot that they store a lot of the cars at. They have runners that bring the cars over for you to see and test drive very quickly. Only reason I gave four stars instead of five was that we were paying cash for the car and got no budging on pricing or document fees. I realize they have no hassle pricing but was looking for some benefits with paying cash. Jose was great and did not call us incessantly like some car salesmen do. More

No pressure I found the car we purchased online. We contacted dealer via email and they responded immediately. We scheduled an appointment and the car was waitin I found the car we purchased online. We contacted dealer via email and they responded immediately. We scheduled an appointment and the car was waiting for us at arrival. The salesperson answered all questions we had about vehicle. We expected him to accompany us on test drive but not the way they do business. I appreciated that. Salesperson discussed all details about car, car fax and any warranties still on vehicle. My trade was valued at a very fair price. Financing approved at attractive rate and we drove home with vehicle. No pressure, fair pricing and treated very professional by salesperson, Jose, sales & business managers. Very happy with car and experience. More

Would Come Back! I stopped in Bourne’s on two occasions and dealt with Mr. Molina both times. After it was clear that on my own end I wasn’t ready for anything they ha I stopped in Bourne’s on two occasions and dealt with Mr. Molina both times. After it was clear that on my own end I wasn’t ready for anything they had in stock, I continued my search. I received a friendly follow-up from Jose—not badgering, not pestering, and he wished me well and hoped to see me again some time. Lo and behold, two weeks later I was back with my wife and we looked at a used Jeep that was for sale. This time everything that I was looking for was in my wheelhouse, and Jose helped me make it all happen. There was an issue with their internet that day, and there ended up being a bit of a wait because of it. However, I was back the next afternoon and soon driving off in my new (to me) vehicle. Can’t say enough about how nice Jose was, and how easy he was to deal with. When my wife is ready for a new vehicle, we will certainly visit Jose again to see what’s available! More

Yes Way, Jose Jose Molina made the entire process really easy. He was quick to respond to any questions or concerns and adjusted to changes on the fly. At no point was there any pressure from him to “buy now”. He helped to push for the best deal I could get on my trade-ins and immediately fixed a clerical error without being frustrated. I would absolutely recommend him to anybody looking for a fair and honest deal on a vehicle. More
