I came in there for service, which I was thrilled that they could take care of my oil change and fix the hood so it could be opened on the car. I was very disappointed, though that your service advisor ne they could take care of my oil change and fix the hood so it could be opened on the car. I was very disappointed, though that your service advisor never called me back to make an appointment to get five tires purchased. I went somewhere else and gave them $1400 so I will not return to your dealership nor will I recommend it. More

Our experience at the service department was super! On the first day Jorge was very helpful to a new service advisor and mentored him as he attempted to solve our problem. He made an appointment for us On the first day Jorge was very helpful to a new service advisor and mentored him as he attempted to solve our problem. He made an appointment for us in case resetting the code didn’t work. He greeted us at the scheduled appointment the next day as the check engine light had come back on. He kept us informed about progress throughout the repair. Unfortunately when we got in the car the light was still on and he very quickly took it back and consulted with the shop foreman. He brought our car back to us relatively quickly and told us to come at 8 the next morning and the issue would be resolved. The next morning we were greeted by Ryan and he also did a great job of taking care of us. We decided to take a loaner and Chris was friendly and helpful with that process. Our car was ready early that afternoon and the caller notified us that the wrong part had been installed the previous day. Ryan was quick to get us our keys and we were on our way. Thanks for the service we received. More
