Toyota Wallingford has a knowledgable staff After searching 4 Dealerships in CT, and unable to find a 2016 Toyota Rav LTD, Heather suggested a Hybrid and corrected my previous conception that Hy After searching 4 Dealerships in CT, and unable to find a 2016 Toyota Rav LTD, Heather suggested a Hybrid and corrected my previous conception that Hybrid means plug in. Not this one. I paid a little more for the low mileage one owner Toyota Rav 4 Limited Hybrid, but it had all the features I wanted and then some. The gas tank showed 479 miles til I need gas again, with gas prices around $3 a gallon, that is a pretty good deal. Jon Petro was my salesman and did a good job showing me how to work the various apps. He was personable and knowledgable. Only complaint I have is it wasn't detailed as well as it should have been. There was a gummy substance on the dashboard which came off when I rubbed it and various spots barely cleaned in the cargo hold. The black edging around the bottom wasn't polished- a simple procedure! I stopped at Advanced Auto and bought polish for the black plastic. Shouldn't have been necessary. This is a minor disadvantage, but wouldn't stop me from recommending them! More

John was great an super friendly. I was not sure on the model car I wanted John took me to test drive the 2019 Yaris and at that point I knew that was the car for me. Then I met Dan Roberts who worked super hard to get me approved for the car I now had my heart set on with in a few days he called me to tell me "Great News Your approved". Dan and John made the whole process go smooth and timely and I drove away in my 2019 Yaris... If I ever buy another vehicle again I will be at Toyota. Thank you again for all your hard work . If anyone is looking wants a new car and unsure this is the place to go.. WOW Toyota is Fabulous... More
