Without going into details, pay VERY close attention to any paperwork they push in front of you to sign and if it isn't a accurate, stop and walk out the door. Your best bet is to just not stop at this dealership. No problem with the salesman, it's just when their manager and the finance people get involved, you better be aware. The process is to keep you there and wear you down that your finally in a hurry when you get to the paperwork, WHICH IS WHERE YOU NEED TO BE AWARE OF WHAT THEY PUSH IN FRONT OF YOU. I have bought vehicles from Jon Jackson in the past. On Jan. 7 of this year my son was in a serious car accident. The first thing Jon was concerned with was if my son was okay. Then what he and The Mel Hambelton family could do to help us out, and get us into something we could afford. Since he is going to college and working we needed something reliable for him to drive. We went through all options from used, leasing, and new. It turned out that the best fit for us was a 2013 Ford, and it lowered our payments from the used vehicle we bought from here 11 months ago. Jon is always awesome. He is very professional, reliable and nothing but a gentleman. He has never treated us with anything but respect, no matter what the value of the car is that we may be looking for. When Jeff Horning found out about my son he also was concerned about him, and helped us out when he found out he had nothing to drive until we got through all of the insurance hoops, and found a car to buy for him. I have always been pleased with Jon, and would use no one else but Jon when buying a vehicle. Jon is so good at his job that even if you have an issue after you buy the vehicle, he will go take care of it for you. He's not just there when you buy your vehicle, he is here for you afterwards as well. We have now purchased 6 new vehicles, and 1 used vehicle from Mel Hambelton, four of those have been purchased from Jon and we have never been happier with these purchases. Thanks Jon for everything. When I went to purchase my vehicle I already had an appointment at another dealer set for later in the day with a car picked out. I stopped at Mel Hambelton earlier in the day and spoke with Jon. He was so courteous to my wife and I that we stayed and discussed car possibilities with him. He was a solid salesman, he was polite, nice, and knowledgeable about cars without being too pushy, the ideal seller a buyer looks for. Jon clearly cared more about our needs and us than making a sale that day, and that spoke volumes to us; he did not just want to get us into a car he also wanted the car to be a perfect fit for us. I could not be happier with my experience buying a vehicle from Jon Jackson and would gladly return for another purchase in the future. More

If you looked up customer service in the dictionary, there would be a picture of Jon Jackson and the whole Mel Hambelton team. I work in the customer service industry and was blown away by how comfortab there would be a picture of Jon Jackson and the whole Mel Hambelton team. I work in the customer service industry and was blown away by how comfortable they made our big purchase. When you go here to buy your next vehicle, Jon Jackson is the man you want to see. Absolutely, hands down, the best sales rep you could ask for. Jon went above and beyond to insure our happiness, and we couldn't be more satisfied. Logan Thomas made all of the final paperwork a very smooth process. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. Also, Alex Wespi on the delivery team deserves a promotion. This guy has amazing people skills and insured that we understood all the bells and whistles of our 2013 Ford Escape. Special kudos to Alex. Thank you everyone on the Mel Hambelton team; you've earned our business and we'll be back. More
