My daughter and I were both looking for new cars. We went to most of the dealerships in North Edmonton and west end and found the car sales atmosphere has certainly changed since I bought my last new car (10yrs).. Not the intense sales pressure that seemed to exist back then... I was so impressed that all dealerships did not hesitate to let me test drive a car for more than two hours as the car seat comfort was the key to my buying a car (post hip surgery discomfort ). I was able to short list the cars by just sitting in the showroom cars so i then test drove a different car every day for 5 days... No sales people accompanied me and I had the cars more than 2 hours which enabled me to decide on the best 2.. The deciding factor was the sales person and the customer service he gave.. I always made appointments with the various dealers but John was the only one that was made sure my demo car was gassed up and ready for me when I arrived. My final decision was based on the dealership and the people I dealt with..even the Finance dept, Diane was a pleasant experience...

Kudos to the west end dealership...you have great staff and have created a relaxing atmosphere that customers can enjoy Iin what can be a stressful experience...
