There is a big sign on the dealership floor "We honor all competors coupons" That's false or incomplete advertising. I presented a 50% coupon for an oil change and they started making all kinds of conce all competors coupons" That's false or incomplete advertising. I presented a 50% coupon for an oil change and they started making all kinds of concessions. It needs to be from another dealership, it has to be a certain kind of oil, etc. I advised the advisor that they need to update their signs. More

I just had the best car buying experience ever. I purchased a new Toyota Camry LE from Ed Morse Toyota in Delray Beach. Mitch was pleasant albeit a bit pushy. The one who came to assist not sure his name was rude and condescending. I almost walked out because of his attitude. The day I came back to finalize my purchase it took way to long. I was kept waiting with no explanations and if took too long to get the car ready. 2 hours was way too long. Nicole in the finance department was great and I would recommend her very highly. She was professional and caring and very helpful. More

Customer Service My service representative is STEVE BAEZ!!! Steve is very customer focused which explains why he is so popular with many of the customers. Many of whom had their car serviced on the same day my car was serviced. Steve is SUPER DUPER MONDO AMAZING SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE!!!! Always talks with a smile on this face and is always trying to take care of his customers needs. I always look forward to my service appointments more than my dentist appointments... LOL.... As in the past with my other representatives, Steve is always COOKIE WORTHY when I bake chocolate chip cookies. More
