I came into this dealership looking for a car that would suit my needs and I was directed in the right way by Rabieh Nassrallah, he helped me with my choice and explained to me all the car details in which I fell in love with. With his great help I knew right away that I wanted the car in front of me. My wife and I each changed our vehicles over the past week and a half. My wife traded in her 2008 Tucson GL for a 2013 Tucson GLS, while I traded in my 2009 Elantra GLS for a 2013 Elantra GLS. Initial contact with dealership for this round was the internet. Rabieh N. responded to my request for information within minutes of sending the message. Rabieh was very helpful in guiding us with the steps to provide the necessary information to start the sales process (buy-out, etc...)

During the sale's process, Rabieh was very attentive to our needs in terms of budget, requirements and general use we make of our vehicles. He worked hard on our behalf to maximize our trade-in value, and maximize our savings on the new vehicle. I had a price in mind for my vehicle and Rabieh and the team made it happen. Extremely professional and courteous. A real pleasure to deal with.

On the finance side, we worked with both Ashur Y. and Joe Y. who in turn added to an already wonderful buying experience. Again these gentlemen took the time to understand our needs, and offered protection that we needed and not the other way around. Our intentions, at the time of purchase of the previous vehicles was to keep them a long time, so an extended warranty was good back then. However, these two latest purchases make it 5 Hyundais in the last 10 years for us. This time around, they offered us different options which would also benefit us down the road - knowing will probably be back in 4 to 5 years to change again.

We just bought a 2013 Tucson. The customer service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, supportive (no pressure to buy), we worked out a great deal that worked for our budget needs. Amir, Faysal and Joe made our buying experience an excellent one. We will certainly go back to these gentlemen when our other car needs to be replaced.

I was referred to Sillin Canegan by a work collegue. She was more than nice to me, she showed me the car that I was interested in and explained all the option.
Joe is the Finance Manager and was also really friendly. We had a bit of a problem due to the car I was exchanging, and he worked really hard to get me the best deal.
I would and will recommend these employees and dealership to anyone who will want to buy an Hyundai.

I wanted to purchase a new 2013 Hyundai Elantra GL for my mother. We both travel to work and felt like having a new car would help things. Since my mother was doing the driving, I asked her to go to a few dealerships in the area to find the best price and fit. We finally got to Bank Street Hyundai. My mother spoke with the lovely Sillin, explained her desire in buying a new car and what her needs were. Sillin help pick the Elantra GL. Now to be fair, we already had our eyes set on this model before going to the shop, but it was Sillin's willingness to give us a competitive price that sealed the deal. Not to mention that I have never met a car dealer this nice. She was not pushy like many sales persons are, in fact quite the opposite. My mother got the quote and brought it to me for approval and I did approve.

Next step was going through the finances with Joe. He ran the credit check and proceeded with terms. He added a set of 4 Toyo winter tires $2000 value and a few extensions in warranty. We also had our Roadside assistance extended to the full term or 160,000KM (whatever comes first). After submitting the application, HBC rejected us, but Joe worked with Scotiabank to get us approved.

On to picking up our new car: Arriving on the day we were met by both Sillin and Louis. Since Sillin was busy with another customer, Louis was happy to show us our new car. He brought us to our car and we were pleased to see the winter tires were already put on the car and the summer tires were placed in bags and put in trunk (1 in the back seat). Happy with our car, Louis was not done. A first for me and my mother, he showed us in detail the features of the car, right down to what each button does. He even set up my iphone to the bluetooth to the car. Easy to do? Yes but it was nice to see the extra effort. We were not done, Louis brought us back into the dealership and showed us around the service area and told us what to do if we have any problem with the car.

Finally, Louis showed us the manual and gave us our various papers pertaining to the car. It was a great experience. We ended by seeing Joe a second time, signing the papers and proceeding to thank all three for the great experience.

This is my 5th car that I have bought from this location. I keep coming back for a reason. The customer service is outstanding! From remembering my name and my husband's name, to the names of my children. They really do make you feel special. And have always went out of their way for me. We were looking at the new cars out right now and shopped around for the first time. Bank Street Hyundai not only meet our price, had the nicest vehicle but were by FAR the friendliest.
