I was so nervous the day I went to the dealership....but I was greeted by a friendly easy going salesman who introduced himself simply as "Joe " Joe proceeded to be knowledgeable and honest about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I ended buying the car. Joe followed up caring and concern if I was satisfied...
