My key contact was Joe Carroll who professionally and courteously took myself and my wife from first contact through the entire purchase process. Joe's colleague, Dan Roberts, expertly and efficiently navigated us over a couple of bumps in the road to get both parties to agreement on financial terms. Another of Joe's colleagues, Sohail Butt, took us swiftly and professionally through concluding the purchase and loan paperwork and ensured we selected the extended warranty option that best met our needs. Securing a replacement for our trade-in's lost title was also handled swiftly and smoothly and we were able to drive away the 4Runner in the meantime. All in a day's work for these guys! At this dealership they put customers first. The fact that so many of the staff have been with Toyota of Wallingford for so many years is also a testament to the long-term vision of the company and its strong commitment to its staff.
