I had a safety recall on my Jeep Grand Cherokee that prevented it from starting. I first contacted another dealer service department closer to home since my local mechanic could not fix it, and after a prevented it from starting. I first contacted another dealer service department closer to home since my local mechanic could not fix it, and after a week of promising to order the part and talking to 4 different people, I called Ken Garff service. They had the new ignition switch in hand the next day, and the repair was done in 2 hours, and didn't cost me a cent. The service at Ken Garff was SUPERP! The employees and all communications were excellent. Thank you Ken Garff Jeep! More

"We Hear You" That's the slogan. What it should be is " We Hear You, We don't listen to you, but we hear you" "we don't care about you after your signature is on the paper, but we hear you" "We don't back We Hear You, We don't listen to you, but we hear you" "we don't care about you after your signature is on the paper, but we hear you" "We don't back our products, but we hear you" "We hear our cash register ring and ring and ring, we hear your bank account get smaller as our grows and grows" "We hear you and we just don't care". I bought a brand new diesel truck for myself after a three decade career in the military, a prize for myself. I was treated by the sales staff as though I they were doing me a favor (I should have walked away then). They took my license to make a copy and failed to give it back to me, in the turmoil of making such a large purchase it didn't occur to me until a few days later. Did they offer to make it right? Nope, "come get it". When I made a fuss about the 90 mile round trip, they finally gave me a $25 gas card, after making me feel like a second class citizen. Then, it was repeated phone calls and escalations to get them to install the spray-in bed liner which was part of the deal. Again acting like they were doing me a favor. And, the GRAND FINALE, with 7500 miles on a Heavy Duty truck, the transmission is making noise. I bring the truck in for warranty diagnosis, they tell me it's the valve body, none in stock, they are on back order. Three weeks later, and up against missing my (Stage 4 CANCER) Pop's 79th Birthday, they tell me the transmission is shot. "We'll have to see if it's cover by the warranty" WHAT??????? I haven't owned the truck 6 months and its not even 9,ooo miles on it and they have to check on the warranty??? Now I can't even get anyone to pick up the phone, or return my calls. Like I said, "We hear you, WE JUST DON'T CARE". More

Tell the truth and care a little about your job. I described my issues and they said they were fixed. Picked up my vehicle and the issues were not fixed. We are always taken care of at Ken Garff West Valley Dodge. We don’t have to visit too often though, because my Chrysler 300 that I purchased from them in 2012 is a wonderful car.
