Had my Jeep 2020 Cherokee/Latitude Plus 4WD serviced and troubleshooted a couple items (missing antenna, cabin fan system and realignment that was identified). Tires where rotated! Met Jimmy Zeimet at 7:00am on February 3rd and picked up Jeep on February 4th -- had to order parts. Jimmy was very good in keeping me in the loop. Jeep was in tip top shape (washed and cleaned) all issues and services where taken care very professionally. First class treatment! More

The service I received was exceptional. The service representative was the best. Vehicle would not start over the weekend, sent me a tow to the dealer, worked on it Monday, found a small problem , fix representative was the best.
