Nothing but kindness. They went out of there way to help me and ease my anxieties about financing, and did their best to fit my needs on warranties and extended coverage. I did not feel pressured, and they actual found a better rate while I was debating on my descison. They listened and did their best to help, and I did end up walking away with a car.
