My husband was the one who looked at vehicles from a mans perception. Mechanically. However, since he passed away. I had the sole responsibility for the new car selection. I enter the show room very anxious. Meeting with Jim quickly put my concerns to rest with his kindness and knowledge of the vehicle. At no time did I feel pressured. My grandson bought his Subura as well as one of my sons. There are now 5 Subarus in our family. I definately will recommend Sommers. More
