Jim Eng at Crown Acura

We were recommended to Crown by a colleague. We went in to meet with Jim but he happened to be ill that day so Tony helped us out . Right from the moment we walked through the door we were treated with the utmost courtesy and friendliness. From Tony helping us find Olivia (our MDX) to Ed helping us with financing. We drove her home that day. We brought her back for some detailing a few days later Tony and Ed helped with our courtesy car which was just as luxurious as Olivia, I was pleasantly surprised. Jim also came to say hi and introduce himself. Being directionally impaired and not having my husband with me, Tony was even kind enough to literally point me in the right direction home. Thanks Tony.

A day later when we went to pick up Olivia we didn't think she could look any better but she did. Tony, Ed and Jim all came to greet us, they all were genuinely happy for us. They all made buying our Olivia almost painless.

I have bugged Tony a few times since and he is still so very kind and helpful not like some dealers who once you drive off the lot you're on your own.

This was my first experience with this dealership and this make of vehicle, although I have owned two Honda Accords previously. Actually it was kind of a unique experience. The dealership seem to be fostering a culture of service and friendliness. I was introduced to several of the staff and their niche in the organization explained. I dealt with Jim Eng who handled the sale and Ed Agapito the paperwork. Both knew their job well, answered all questions and concerns, and seemed genuinely interested in making this a pleasant experience. Although I have not seen the total vehicle experience in action, my initial impression is that this is a very professional organization. And then the vehicle was presented to me under a dust cover and a humongous red gift ribbon. I do suspect they re-cycle the gift wrapping.

From the moment I entered the dealership it was nothing short of a great experience. Customer service from Jim and Ed was exactly what I was looking for, efficient and very knowledgeable, great products and I couldn’t be happier with my new TL, keep up the great work guy's!!!

We were very pleased with our overall visit to Crown Acura in Winnipeg. The sales staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. Jim, Rob and Brad were extremely informative and honest which left us with a very comfortable feeling. We rate this team of professionals at a 10 out of 10 and will be most happy to refer.
