The experience started off on the wrong foot, as after 2 hours of selling, the dealership mistakenly had the car listed even though it had already been sold a week earlier. To their credit, they acknowledge hours of selling, the dealership mistakenly had the car listed even though it had already been sold a week earlier. To their credit, they acknowledged the error, were very apologetic, and price-matched to make things right. The purchase process itself took about four hours, and unlike other Volvo dealerships I’ve been to, there wasn’t much in the way of hospitality (no substantial food offerings). Overall, it was an acceptable experience once the initial issue was addressed, though not quite on par with what I’ve experienced elsewhere. More

You are always very responsive, respectable and patient via phone or text. In fact, each new Volvo was through you so I trusted you knew exactly what I was looking for with my third lease. I did not even need to see the car in person. The video, along with the audio you sent to highlighting all the important features in the XC90 model I was looking for was enough for me to lease a new Volvo! As soon as I arrived at the dealer, the trade in process was so quick and it went smoothly.
