Buying a new vehicle is usually not easy but this is the first time that I felt at ease going to this dealership after I spoke to Emilia and answering all my inquiries, then dealing with my agent Jesus Ga first time that I felt at ease going to this dealership after I spoke to Emilia and answering all my inquiries, then dealing with my agent Jesus Garcia and the manager Howard Wu and of course Derick who was patiently teaching us all this new technology for us. I had been taking my 2017 XC60 for service and decided to take a look at the 2021! Jesus Garcia assisted me in finding the model I wanted in a timely fashion!! He also worked with me to ensure delivery at a take a look at the 2021! Jesus Garcia assisted me in finding the model I wanted in a timely fashion!! He also worked with me to ensure delivery at a convenient time for me as I live out of state and that was very much appreciated! Luis was helpful providing information at the time of delivery, but I admit, I’ll have to go over all those features in more detail!! The financial dept was also helpful to me in providing explanations of financing and incentives. More

I don’t like the process of shopping for a new car. Having said that, the people at Smythe made it as easy and as pleasant as possible. The communication with Jesus was straightforward, negotiations were simple and I feel I got a good deal. Paul was terrific at walking me through all the great features of the XC40. Everyone else I dealt with was helpful and friendly. I went to another Volvo dealership before Smythe but was so turned off I left after about 15 minutes. If you’re in the market for a Volvo, give Smythe a shot. More
