I bought a 2013 sierra from Capital the overall experience was awesome. Jesse and Shaun helped me find the perfect truck. Any questions i had they were there to answer! Jesse is very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles. Jona was awesome when it came down to purchasing the truck and the financing went smooth!!! Recommend buying your next truck/car through these boys! Lifetime customer after this!

Jesse Fleming explained everything about our 2013 Buick Lacrosse. He was very knowledgeable and able to inform us of the features and the operation of the vehicle, pointing out many things that you wouldn't think of. He replied back to emails on his day off and put a very good effort into making us feel comfortable.
Sherry Linton and Michael Park were friendly and good to deal with.
The vehicle was a lease buy back so it had some small issues that they dealt with, however about a week after we took it home we could smell smoke and since have discovered a fairly large burn mark on a floor mat in the back seat. We took it to get shampooed and have the odor removed at a private shop at our own cost. We felt that Capital could have replaced the floor mat and properly detail the vehicle before letting it out of their shop for minimal effort as this is something that we will probably remember the most of our experience dealing here.

Great Sales and Service. Enjoyed dealing with Jesse, Fred & Kevin. Spent about a total of 4 hours from meeting Jesse, test driving a couple of vehicles, haggling with Fred, paperwork with Kevin, accessories put on, and a walk thru with Jesse. We are from Swift Current and they were great to help us get the deal made and back on the road again. Got the truck into Service asap to add a topper while Jesse spent time going thru the truck options even setting up my cellphone for GM and Onstar link and helping us transfer our belonging from our trade-in to our purchase. Great Staff and will be returning to get all vehicle servicing done.

On the sales side I've spoken with Jesse about many of their vehicles. He knows them inside and out, a walking user manual for pretty much anything they have. More informative than any product specialist I've dealt with at any dealership. Usually I end up telling the reps a few things they didn't know about their vehicles but Jesse always has something I didn't know about or didn't notice, he's all about the details. Great guy to joke around with too.

I enjoyed my vehicle shopping experience with the Capital team. Dan, Sherry and Jesse were focused on understanding my needs and worked hard to find the right vehicle configuration at an attractive price point. Once the vehicle was purchased, Jesse provided a thorough overview of all the Cadillac features, functions and services to help me get the most out of my new purchase. I worked with Jesse sherry and Michael, to buy my new 2500 black Denali.. Jesse was great to work with, knows the gmc product inside and out and was very helpful to make sure I got the truck I wanted. Sherry And Michael did a great job and are excellent at what they do.. They truly put good teams of people together at capital. Capital is a great dealership!

Jesse was great to work with. He found me the car I was looking for all by email and had it all cleaned up for me before I came into town so as not to waste my time. He was very fast and efficient and had everything explained to me in great detail, I knew exactly what I was getting, there was nothing hidden which I appreciate! He had me on my way in no time and I'll recommend the efficient and great work he does to everyone!

I was involved in an accident and my vehicle (which I had purchased from Capital in 2010)was a total loss. I decided to go back to Capital and deal with the same folks to help me get into a replacement. The second time buying a new vehicle was just as positive as the first go around. Sherry, Tony and Jesse are all very helpful and great to deal with. I would highly recommend Capital next time you are in the market to purchase a vehicle.

I was seeking a dealership that was professional in their approach to customer service and I found that the team at Capital exceeded my expectations. My opinion of the Capital's team is that they seek to provide a high customer satisfaction rating through professionalism, knowledge and a seamless team environment - all working together in sales, financing, service and management. It was evident that their approach to providing the customer's experience goes beyond the 'sell' of the vehicle and that they are seeking a relationship with the customer that produces a longer term relationship.

One employee who continually exceeded my expectations was Jesse Fleming. Jesse is passionate about the vehicles he represents for the Capital team. It is obvious that Jesse has taken the initiative to develop a deep understanding of the vehicles he sells and is a valuable member of the Capital team. Jesse possesses a passion for the Cadillac brand. Due to Jesse's depth of knowledge, he was able to provide an in-depth orientation of the Cadillac models and could easily make knowledgable comparisons to other vehicles in order to inform choice and ultimately decision. After the sale was complete, Jesse has offered further advice to maximize the product's capability, has been readily available for questions and has handled any concerns with ease.

My final comment, relative to the rating, is that my historical experiences with car dealerships has been very negative due to an environment of high pressure sales tactics, significant wait time (awaiting the sales rep to 'speak to the manager'), and ultimately feeling devalued as a consumer making a costly purchase. My experience with Capital was a complete 180 degree change when compared to my previous encounters.

In summary, I would highly recommend Capital GMC, Buick, Cadillac for any consumer seeking a positive car dealership experience.
