I was satisfied overall with my experience at Berger. I was upset about the fact that Jeremy told me my car payment was right under $400 like I told him I wanted it but when I went to sit down with the fin was upset about the fact that Jeremy told me my car payment was right under $400 like I told him I wanted it but when I went to sit down with the financing it turned into almost $500 with all the warranty and extra stuff. So I am stuck paying a car payment above the amount I wanted to but I can manage. I also didn’t like the fact that he didn’t point out the little crack in the windshield. I did not notice that until after I left the lot. Other than that I had a positive experience. More

The code shows an active transmission code not once but twice after you had it for 6 days and changed the PCV valve. We are very disappointed in the fact that the technicians can’t understand that it only happens when you first start it. If it doesn’t come on then, then it’s not going to. You have to wait a few hours and try again not drive it to Holland and back. It had nothing to do with driving, never comes on going down the road. We really are very disappointed in the service department. More
