Jeff Nelson was very helpful. The guy who does the "financing ", well once I said I didn't want the "insurance", even though I was paying cash for my car he was not very nice. My husband and I had been searching for vehicles online, off and on for a while. Recently he saw one he really liked; so we called the dealership, they transferred us to Jeff Nelson. He pulled all of the da off and on for a while. Recently he saw one he really liked; so we called the dealership, they transferred us to Jeff Nelson. He pulled all of the data on the vehicle we were interested in; it was actually missing a couple of the features we wanted, but decided we were willing to test drive it, so we set up an appt. Prior to our meeting, we found a similar (used vs new) vehicle we liked, called Jeff back and asked him to pull that as well. When my daughter and I got there, we actually fell in love with the second vehicle that had been pulled. Though it had taken some time to work everything out (as my husband was not with me, and I'm not mechanically inclined) Jeff and the team were able to work through everything and we were able to take it home. I really appreciated their patience and kindness!! More
