Cars have always been a hobby of mine starting with my Matchbox collection as a kid back in the 60's. My dad was a big influence and taught me how a vehicle operates, he was a "Shade Tree" mechanic. In college I took a job at a local auto detail shop. That turned out to be my start in the automotive business. I enjoy meeting new people and always try and give an honest and "down to earth" experience for the customer. I guess that rubbed off on me from my days as an Eagle Scout. Ryan Auto Mall is a family owned business, and we think of the customer as family, so that philosophy blends in well. We pride ourselves on being here for the customer before, during and after the sale. My favorite hobby is motor racing, and I attended the Indy 500 and other big races for many years. I guess I'm just a car nut!

I found a Chevy Colorado here online that fit what we wanted, so I called first thing in the morning and got transferred to Jeff Nelson. From the initial conversation to the final handshake and driving t wanted, so I called first thing in the morning and got transferred to Jeff Nelson. From the initial conversation to the final handshake and driving the car off the lot, Jeff was on the ball. He exceeded expectations by sending me a personal video showing the condition of the vehicle, and followed up every time there was an action item to be completed. Lisa was great to work with on helping us obtain some incentives from GM on accessories for the vehicle. Thanks, Lisa! When I showed up to the dealership, the truck was parked right out front and squeaky clean! Jeff greeted me outside within 30 seconds of my arrival and showed me all of the necessary vehicle features. Casey in the finance department was efficient, friendly, and ensure the transaction went smooth. The entire process was seamless, the staff were wonderful, and I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a vehicle! More
