What can I say. It was the best experience at a Dealership I have ever had. Wes was amazing. To be able to go into a dealership thinking that your going to get the usual "line" and coming out of their thinking WOW, where did he come from, was great.
Wes is personable, he listens to you regarding the things you are looking for and what you don't want. He makes the experience as painless as possible. No pressure whatsoever, which is huge with me. Any littles signs of a pushy salesperson and I will walk away even though I might have wanted that particular vehicle.

So Wes, you are the best! Here's hoping that you are still working at Wendall's when it's time to purchase my next vehicle.

I recently purchased a 2012 Jeep based on a friends recommendation. I really didn’t think where, or whom I purchased from would make an iota of difference. I am so glad that I choose Wendell Motors, and not just a Jeep. From detailed vehicle information, warranty information, to financing, all the team members I dealt with were professional, informative and very personable. All involved took the time I needed to make the right decision, on a Friday evening. I know that if I ever have to return to the dealership for any type of service, I will be greeted warmly. This has certainly changed my perception of the “used car salesman” Hats off!

Mark was extremely friendly and not pushy like a lot of sale people. Found him To treat you like a friend and not just another commission.
Steve the sales manager was also very friendly. Jean from finance was very good at explaining all the aspects of financing. We were told if there are any questions Mark would be more than welcome to help us anytime, would strongly recommend Mark as a sales person to anyone looking to buy from Wendell Motors.

My daughter just purchased a vehicle from Wendell's and my wife and I were considering purchasing her trade in vehicle at the same time. We visited Mark Scorfield at the dealership to discuss this matter, and Mark pointed out what the options would be for us. We ultimately decided to buy a new Chrysler 200, but were very pleased with the professional way that Mark did not pressure us one way or the other. We have purchased over 10 vehicles over the years from Mark, and will continue to deal with Mark and Wendell's exclusively in the future.

This is my 6th Dodge vehicle and the 4th I have bought through Wendell's. This dealer is still just as friendly and courteous as the very first vehicle I bought from them. I like seeing the same faces for the most part. It shows the employees are happy where they work and they are doing the job expected of them. Customer service is extremely important to me and I am very glad to be back with Wendell's. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, don't hesitate to visit them. I had a wonderful experience in buying my new car. I was contacted several times by email after my first visit which kept me connected to the dealership. My only disappointment was that I was promised 3 free and 2 half-price oil changes but after signing the deal I was informed that it was only up to $40.00 off an oil change and not free. This was disappointing since they broke their promise.

From the start of me looking for a vehicle Mark Scorefield listened to what I wanted and was looking for. We found one car but it was to expensive for me. Mark then went threw all of his cars and found me the perfect car, right still, model, and price. He a answered what he could, allowed me to take it to someone I trusted, before making my decision. Once I decided on the car he introduced me to the next important person Jill Gilles, She looked after all my financing. Not only did she help with the financing, but found me the best rate. If I ever need a new or used car again, you be that I would in a heart beet for to Wendells. The only thing that I did not like was the fact that it only had a 1/4 tank of gas and no windshield wiper stuff.

I had a great experience buying my very first car with Wendell Motors. Peter was very nice and really listened to what I wanted. Jean and Lisa answered all my questions and were really great to work with. I got exactly what I wanted and couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend working with Wendell Motors.
