He promptly engaged us in the lot and was very helpful helping us pick out which type of Rav 4 we would be happy with. The dealership was very nice and really worked with us on a reasonable price. The manager John Mitsos was very good at explaining our options and we were pleased with the results. This our 3rd Toyota all with Toyota of Boardman and I can't say enough about there service and expertise. More

That's $8000.00 they were trying to make off of 1 sale , I understand trying to make a dollar just not making $8000.00 off of one customer . Couldn't believe it was actually said to me with a smile like this is normal practice . Showed me Kelly blue book average price of $26,000+ for my trade and offered $20,000, I truly believe because my payoff is $20,000 from paying over and above minimum payment . More

He was great to work with, an excellent communicator, and he gave us a price that it made it worth the 2-1/2 hour drive. Justin Bailey did an excellent job teaching us about our new car and expediting the paperwork. We were not familiar with some of the safety features, and Justin drove around with us until we felt comfortable with the new technologies. An excellent sales experience, and we love our new Avalon! More
