Quite simply the best car sales experience we have ever had in over 25 years. Neither my husband nor I are comfortable with slick, high pressure, in your face sales tactics so purchasing a new vehicle is not one of our favorite activities (apologies for the stereotype). From the time we walked on to the lot, we knew that the New Roads experience was different. We were permitted to browse privately at a variety of makes/models of cars. Once through the doors Jason let us know that he was there for us when we were ready for him. He was very responsive to our needs even when it was clear that we had a bit more comparing to do; and when we were ready to make the deal, he was there to make it happen in the best way possible for us. It has been our past experience that it is typically us who will have to jump through any hoops/work the hardest to wrap up all the trailing pieces of the auto deal (multiple calls to follow up on deal status, resolution of any conditions of sales, receipt of temporary insurance slips and/or purchase of plates) but not so with New Roads. Everything was handled quickly, accurately and professionally...and on our behalf! Even the transitions between sales, financing and contract signing was handled smoothly and pleasantly and it was clear that the entire team had but one focus, the experience we were having at their dealership. Yes, selling cars is 'what' they do, but ensuring that their customer's needs are fully met and that we feel highly satisfied throughout the entire interaction is 'how' they do it. New Roads....You had us from 'hello'.

HATS OFF TO JASON and NEWROADS!!!….I have recently purchased a Chevrolet Cruze with the help of Jason…Out of all the dealerships I had dealt before deciding to purchase a new car Jason was the best sales person a buyer could ask for. He was very patient as I was unsure what I wanted to buy he took the time to take me out in a number of vehicles and answered all the questions I had. He sat down with me and listened to all my needs and wants in a car….Jason is by far the friendliest, professional, patient, NOT PUSHY sales person I have met!! I would recommend him to anyone anytime, and Cheers to NewRoads Chevrolet, not only do you have a A++ for a sales person…..it was great to be greeted by the staff there as well…Dave and Marilyn and to the service man Roger that Jason made sure I knew in case I had any questions or concerns regarding my car……You guys all Rock!!!!

I recently purchased a new car through Newroads and Jason Stewart was the sales rep I dealt with. He was very professional, patient in answering all my questions and took the time to introduce me to the man in the service dept.

Courteous, professional, service oriented and pleasant to deal with. The staff is friendly. Good presentation, the staff know the products they're selling. Very accessible and reply to e-mails promptly.

I went to New Roads because it was highly recommended as I was in the market for a new car. I met with Jason Stewart and he was very helpful. Not pushy, answered all my questions. I test drove the car for the first time that day. I went back the next day to test drive it again and made the decision to buy.
Jason was in contact me almost everyday to keep me updated on the status as to when the car would be ready.
New Roads was very accomodating to my schedule, very, very hospitable, offered tea and coffee when I had to wait.
When I picked up my new car, Jason went over every detail in the car to make sure I knew where everything was.
I will recommend New Roads to anyone that is in the market for a new car. It was a great experience!

I cannot say enough about Tonya and Robert (with their patience in working with us before we made our decision to purchase). Jason was also of great assistance when Robert wasn't there to assist us. We have already recommended to our friends to purchase from Robert (or your dealership) as there is no high pressure sales and nothing but patience.

I went to 2 previous dealerships on the day that I was looking for a vehicle.
New Roads was the last one on my way home and the place that I made the deal at.
Everyone that I dealt with in there was professional, and treated my wife and myself excellent through out the deal.
There was no "over head hassling" that I found at the other dealerships where they undermind you.
Out of all vehicle purchases that I have ever made this dealership was the easiest to deal with!

I emailed Jason to purchase a 2013 Camaro ZL1 Jason emailed me right back with the details I went in the next day and put a deposit on the ZL1 and bought a Acadia also. I found the dealership and Jason along with staff to be very helpfuly funny and made the buying experience fun and I feel I got a good deal on both vehicles.
