Although I purchased the car as is,I was also told that your company goes above and beyond to put the customer in a safe car! Everytime I hit a big bump it sounds like the suspension is about to fall apart your company goes above and beyond to put the customer in a safe car! Everytime I hit a big bump it sounds like the suspension is about to fall apart! Had bad vibration that I questioned the salesman about but,he had no answers! Found out,all the motor mounts were shot! I replaced them! Vibration gone!probably could fix the rest of the issue as well but I don't have a way to get under it to find out what the problem is! Financing was painless,even though they kinda threw in a 1600 dollar warranty that I told them up front,I didn't want!although it does give me some peace of mind that my drive train is covered! That's if the warranty is any good! Both key fobs are broken! Thought the salesman had said something about key fob replacement! I'll still give you 4 stars,even with the suspension issues! Sent salesman a text but never heard back from him! More

Tyler was such a great help, super patient, and put no pressure on us what so ever. Wasn’t a huge fan of the process in the finance office, felt a little bait a switchy when he was pushing us HARD to buy pressure on us what so ever. I also told him in advance we did not want our credit pulled by multiple lenders and then he pulled it with 5 different banks without asking first. Overall a good experience, the car is fantastic, just wish the finance process was different. More
