Poor customer service. My Jeep was in to be serviced and ended up breaking down on the side of the highway 4 days later. The manger basically said there was nothing they My Jeep was in to be serviced and ended up breaking down on the side of the highway 4 days later. The manger basically said there was nothing they can do and that this "happens all the time" My Jeep is a 2020...practically brand new. I was stranded on the side of a highway and absolutely NOTHING was done about it. Not even an offer to look at my Jeep again to ensure it was safe. I will not be returning to that dealership.
