Very dishonest people when it come to warranties on your car! If something breaks on your car and you've only got five thousand miles on it plus it's a brand new carl then fix it. It was one of the worst experiences of my life I already purchased one vehicle from KIA Rivergate location and the engine went out so I went to trade it in and the salesman named Bubba that helped me when I purchased one vehicle from KIA Rivergate location and the engine went out so I went to trade it in and the salesman named Bubba that helped me when I changed my mind about the vehicle lied to me to try and force me to keep the KIA and said that if I didn’t keep the car it would be reported stolen because I told him I got a better deal with Nissan they gave me the run around about getting my down payment back I had to keep calling for a week asking about the refund and the whole experience was horrible even the general manager Jim Galuzka didn’t care about any complaints I had they were very rude simply because I found a better deal with Nissan and forgetting I purchased a car from them before and paid it off I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! More

After some discussion, we s While having an oil change performed, I was greeted by the salesman who I had previously bought my car from 2 years ago. After some discussion, we started a quick and painless search if I wanted to upgrade. Phone calls and texts exchanged throughout the day helped make the process easy. No purchase at the end of the day (and no pressure either!), but will be ready to come back and give it another try soon. James and Dexter were professionals all the way through.....Service department is A+ every time as well and makes each visit feel like you are the only customer in the room...great job to all! More
