I have had a couple of issues with the dealership and will not be going back! I purchased 2 cars from them and thought I had found a place that would take care of my vehicles. The body shop did not do th will not be going back! I purchased 2 cars from them and thought I had found a place that would take care of my vehicles. The body shop did not do their job in 2018 and I tried to get them to follow through and now my warranty has expired. My truck had an issue and they wrote it up incorrectly and it caused my wife to have to leave work and drive 1 1/2 hours to pick me up because they said they did not have a vehicle that I could take home due to having to leave my vehicle over night with them. James from beginning to end was a pleasure to work with. Sales manager had paperwork ready and was very efficient. Vehicle was dealer prepped and ready to go upon arrival. The dealership had recently moved to a new building. It was very clean and well organized. I did have to wait approximately an hour after completing the deal to sign paperwork because there were 4 sales It was very clean and well organized. I did have to wait approximately an hour after completing the deal to sign paperwork because there were 4 sales finalized at approximately the same time, thus the paperwork signing was a bit rushed due to the process being completed after store hours. James was a tremendous sales representative. His communication was excellent and transparent and a deal was made that was fair to both parties. I would definitely recommend him to any friends or family looking for a used vehicle. More

James was a great sales guy to work with and we got in and out really quick. The problem is we have had the car for 2 days and the check engine light came on. Not sure what the issue is, but going to get and out really quick. The problem is we have had the car for 2 days and the check engine light came on. Not sure what the issue is, but going to get it checked out tomorrow. Edit: I am changing this review to 5 stars because they are going to take care of the issues. Nothing is ever perfect but stepping up to resolve issues is service after the sale and I really appreciate that! More
