If I could give Charlie and his team a 10 I would. I had a magnificent experience buying my Lexus, Charlie and his staff made the changes the car needed to be perfect.The communication during the proce I had a magnificent experience buying my Lexus, Charlie and his staff made the changes the car needed to be perfect.The communication during the process with John and Woody was up front and transparent. GREAT DEALERSHIP. I had to travel a fair distance with several moving parts to coordinate. When I got there Liam took over on my test drive and was very patient with my driving technique. He then put the deal together, John waived his magic hands and my dilapidated trade-in disappeared and Gustavo walked me through the paperwork. It was all seamless, smooth and easy.
