I discovered that Prestige made a mistake by placing a title lien on a car I purchased in cash last year. I spoke with Jake in finance several weeks ago and he agreed to have the error corrected. Since then, I've left several messages for him as well as the general manager (no one will take my call) and have received zero response. I can't fathom why they wouldn't give me a brief update on what should be a straightforward fix. More
