I feel fortunate to have dealt with a salesperson like Tina, because i have had plenty of sub par experiences elsewhere. Tina is very personable, knowledgeable about the vehicles (not just the volvo's either), and just a joy to deal with overall. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience with Prestige, and left satisfied customers. She made a video for me before hand, and had the car detailed and waiting for us when we arrived. Even though we had made no commitment to buy before hand. The car had been inspected, given an oil change, and fresh braked pads as well. She has since followed up with me several times to make sure that everything is going ok, and that we are happy. Definitely the type of experience you always hope for, but rarely get elsewhere. Prestige also has a streamlined process that did not have us endlessly waiting like we have done with other dealers in the past.You would never have known i was purchasing a used vehicle from a different brand altogether. We were treated with respect, and honestly thought the process which left me feeling comfortable about my purchase decision. We also enjoyed our time with Jake, who helped with our financing and paperwork.There wasn't really anything to haggle about, because they made a a very fair offer from the start. The vehicle was also priced very competitively. Prestige has a nice bright, airy, modern dealership that made our stay even better. It was well worth the 90 mile drive, and i would recommend Tina, Jake and Prestige to anyone who asked. Very happy customer! More

Rich was kind, knowledgeable, HONEST, and patient. When he heard that my husband was active duty military, he immediately thanked him for his service. My husband and I were planning on buying a specific vehicle and were pleasantly surprised when the vehicle was in the same condition as posted on the dealer website. There was complete transparency in the deal from start to finish, no hidden fees, no stress, no pressure, no price haggling needed. We asked for a bit more on our trade and it was given with a smile. Jake Hughes the manager continued to make our buying experience easy and quick. He was helpful,HONEST, and quite personable. Jake and my husband exchanged quite a few laughs, which was unusual for a situation that can usually be an arduous and stressful task. I would also like to mention that Tina Bilokin the internet sales manager was spectacular. She was very prompt and HONEST with her responses to my questions and at all times I might add (and at most hours, I am an RN and I work weird hours) attentive to my needs. Overall I am extremely happy with the experience at Prestige Volvo. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, friends, family, or even the prospective client we met in the parking lot. If you live in the area (or even don't, we drove up from JBMDL) and are in the market for a Volvo, used or new, check this place out, you won't be disappointed. More

Ronnie Landstrom helped us throughout the process, and was very knowledgeable, and at no point along the way was there any element of pressure. He helped us find the car we were looking for, was there with us throughout the entire process, and stayed beyond closing time to explain the various features of the car systems. I’d test driven the xc90 a couple of months ago, and Vinny helped us then. Jake was around at the close of the deal, and explained all the details patiently. In addition, everyone was very patient with our ever-impatient toddler! The dealership itself is very clean and pleasant. Whilst the car was being prepared, I relaxed and watched the Sweden-Germany screen in their waiting area. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
