Really good experience with this dealership.Employees were really nice and not pushy.Michelle Maidment took care of us and showed us exactely what we came for.We ame for a pre-ownedcar and found what we wanted.
The only delail I didn't like : Fuel was below half when we took the car. I know that gas is really expensive nowdays but come on, they could fill her up before delivery.
But again, really good experience overall.

Both Jack and Fabian went above and beyond to provide an excellent service with enthusiasm. Overall, they have effectively delivered pieces of advice which was perfectly tailored for me. I guess the skills these gentlemen have could always make prospects into buyers. I was absolutely happy with the service they provided. Excellent sales behaviors. Thank u gentlemen, it was a great car shopping experience. No applaud or videos necessary. :)

I had an Excellent experienced with this dealership company. All the staff were very friendly from the management team to ranks. Mr. Kevin Galicia and Jack Reves were very accommodating, very patient and helpful and they exceed my expectations as a customer. These people know the meaning of real customer service. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and relatives. They really deserve A+ from the bottom of my heart.

My husband and I got into a car accident (not our fault). We are still recovering from our whiplash injuries, going to our 2-3x a week physio treatments and managing our neck, upper back, shoulder etc pains while having to deal with replacing our 2008 Equinox. I have spent countless hours searching for our future SUV through the web. My husband and I went first to GMC dealer near our place but not fully satisfied. I called Honda and spoke to Joemel. This guy is funny when I told him that I am scouting and calling dealers and currently thinking of comparing Highlander with Pilot. He said "you would not want to check out the Highlander after you have seen our Pilot". So got me thinking. I made an appointment with Toyota first before the Honda, just in case he is right. We test drive both SUV on same day. Our family (my husband and 3 kids) fell in love with the Pilot. Joemel and Jack were very accommodating, gave excellent service. Because of that wonderful experience, Crown Honda is an excellent dealer.

I wanted to thank the staff at Crown Honda for all their efforts regarding my family visit and subsequent purchase of our new Acura MDX!
Fabian Tesoro is an outstanding person to deal with as were Jack Reves and Kabeir Dilawri.
Fabian was especially excellent paying attention to our every questions and fulfilling our expectations for service and beyond! I can't say enough about his professionalism and interpersonal skills. He was able to relate effectively and comfortably with my wife and our 3 children who were part of the whole experience. He put us at ease. We never felt pressured.
Jack Reves was excellent as well, providing great service and a finance plan we felt comfortable adopting.
Excellent experience and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in researching for a vehicle. Thank-you very much Crown Honda!!

Went to look at the new vehicles and ended up trading our 2009 Ridgeline and leasing a 2013 Pilot because they gave us what we asked for. Nishant was knowledgeable on the vehicle when we took it for a test-drive, the sales manager came back with what we asked for and Jack was quick with the forms and leasing details. Michelle was a real sweetheart as she took me to get the insurance and made me feel like I'd known her for years. She really knows her vehicles as she was very informative when it was time to go through the details of the Pilot. We left feeling like we were treated like real Honda family. Will definitely stay with Honda in the future.

My old honda civic was wearing out (1999) and I was thinking about getting a new one. Then an email came from Crown Honda about a low financing special so I called. I chatted with David for about half an hour and he satisfied all my initial questions. He said that a civic and a fit would be ready for me on Saturday afternoon to test drive as I requested. On Saturday, I met Joemel, a friendly young lad who now had his hands full with me and my two friends. Very happily, he went about explaining things and took us (three lively ladies in their early 50's) out on a test drive. What a blast we had!! We slammed him with question after question, all of which he answered very confidently. Joemel clearly enjoys his work and was very knowledgeable. He made this huge decision for a new car, an easy one. Next, the mgr spent the day trying to find a blue civic for me. Although none could be found, I was impressed with his diligence as he called dealerships across Canada. Next time, I'll come earlier in the year! Anyway, Jack took me through the financial stuff, fully explaining things as we went along. Michelle, a very friendly young lady went over how to find things in the manual, the first inspection, and told us of an open house Crown Honda was having the following week. Joemel then went over the daily running of the honda programs and set up my door lock system the way I wanted and linked my cell phone up to the hands free through the steering wheel. Wow! I don't know if an old gal like me will get into that, but he assured me that I would use it and love it now that it was all set to go! That's actually quite exciting, thanks Joemel!! All in all, from top to bottom, the stress of buying a car was smoothed out so effortlessly for me. What a talented group of people working at Crown Honda! Good work! I loved the experience! Thank you all so so much!

Very satisfied with the service and the product. Will definitely do future dealings with crown Honda. Staff is very enthusiastic with positive attitude; knew what they were talking about and had immense knowledge of their products. Very friendly and helpful customer service. Highly recommend going to Kabeir Dilawari Group.
