All my detailed questions were answered accurately, and with sincerity. The statement "we will make it a enjoyable experience", is true. Wonderful Experience I came in to look for a used Rav4 and was helped by Dan. He was very knowledgeable of their inventory and the specifics of each car we looked at. I wa I came in to look for a used Rav4 and was helped by Dan. He was very knowledgeable of their inventory and the specifics of each car we looked at. I was torn between the Rav4 (which I ended up buying) and a Venza. Dan let me know the benefits of each and I explained to him that I was starting a new job with a longer commute he recommended the Rav4 over the Venza because it had slightly better gas mileage and drives better in our CT weather than the other. After deciding on the Rav4 Dan noticed a small dent near the gas tank and said he would set me up for a future appointment to get it taken out. When it was finally time to leave with the car Dan informed me that I didn't have to come back for the dent as they were able to get it out that day!! He also noticed some small spots with the paint chipped and came out and painted them out. The dealership was wonderful and everyone was very friendly and helpful. They also offer free oil changes and batteries which is a total advantage for other dealers! More

I went in on a busy Saturday, and 2.5 hours later, she and Jason Pallas had done their magic. I got the RAV4 I wanted and I got it at the right price. Dan had dealt with the previous owner who traded it in for an FJ Cruiser and was very helpful throughout everything. He was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the whole process, and any questions that I asked, he was able to answer for me. The car needed some work previous to me picking it up and he took care of all of that without being asked, just to make sure that the car was as good as it could be before he sold it to me. He has continued to tell me to call/text him if I have any questions, even after the sale. He was a great salesman to work with and I'm grateful that we had the chance to work together. More
