My internet request for a quote got a very quick response. The sales consultant assured me that the dealership had the exact car that I was searching for, and the price was better than I expected. I response. The sales consultant assured me that the dealership had the exact car that I was searching for, and the price was better than I expected. I went to see the car. I found CJ Marella, the sales consultant, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I was not pressured into a decision. The service staff prepared the car for me while I met with the finance manager so that I could drive my new car home the same day. The finance manager, Gloria Fernandez, was very knowledgeable and pleasant as well. I’m looking forward to a complimentary manicure when I go for service on any Monday. This was, by far, the best car buying experience I've ever had. I highly recommend Toyota and Scion of Wallingford. More

This is a long overdue review. I want to thank Dan and Nicole for their service, if it wasn't for them I probably would have turned in my lease to a different dealer. Every time I called and left a messa Nicole for their service, if it wasn't for them I probably would have turned in my lease to a different dealer. Every time I called and left a message with Nicole she got right back to me. If she wasn't sure how to answer a question or concern she researched it & got back to me with an answer. Nicole referred me to Dan when I came in to possibly buy out or lease a new Camry or even a Rav4. He was very patient and listened to what I wanted for features in the car. He let me test drive the Rav4 but helped convince me to stay with my new Camry which I love. I have gotten more compliments on my car than I thought I would. Dan helped me to be able to afford the car without going crazy and I am grateful for that. I appreciate the time Nicole and Dan both took to help me get my new car. I recently came in for a service and what was nice was that they both remembered me months later. It is nice to know as a consumer that there are people in sales who really care about their customers. I would strongly consider getting another car from this dealership based on the experience I had with Nicole and Dan. Toyota of Wallingford is fortunate to have them as employees. I would also like to add that anytime I have used the service department, everyone has been helpful and I have never a problem or complaint. More

I recommend this dealership based on the fact that the personnel that worked with me were very professional and still is after the purchase. There was an error that arose through this, but it was what I personnel that worked with me were very professional and still is after the purchase. After researching Toyota Corollas on the internet, I narrowed my search to one car advertised at Wallingford and another advertised at A1 in New Haven. Wallingford, while a distance from my home, has an advantage in being such a large dealership with a well-respected service division. Dan Roberts was a persuasive salesman, but low-key. His wry humor and polite demeanor put me at ease, and I decided to make my purchase at Wallingford. I will gladly recommend Dan Roberts at Wallingford to anyone looking for a new or used car. Where's the square where I give him an "11"? More

I just purchased my second Toyota Highlander within two years (by choice) from Toyota of Wallingford. Both times I worked with Dan Roberts and Sam Gettings and had an excellent experience each time. For this most recent purchase, I happened to be at the dealership for an oil change on my 06 Highlander and noticed an 06 Highlander Hybrid on the lot. I asked Dan and Sam if I could take a test drive, and by 5 p.m. I was driving it off the lot. Working with Dan and Sam is an absolute pleasure. I always look forward to seeing them as well as Diane Roberts when bringing my vehicle in for service. More

From the very start, my experience at Toyota of Wallingford was positive. I had been looking at Tacomas at 6:00am on the website when I was prompted to chat with a representative, which impressed m Wallingford was positive. She verified that the vehicle I was interested in was still in stock and said that a sales representative would contact me ASAP to confirm. CJ Marella got back to me by opening time. We discussed the truck and financing, as I was hoping Toyota could match the rate I had been offered by my credit union--which they did. I left a deposit and made an appointment to pick up my vehicle. When I arrived to get my new Tacoma, everything was ready to go-- paperwork, vehicle, etc. CJ walked me through the entire process and was extremely attentive to me as a customer. Once the paperwork had been completed, he explained all the features of my new truck in detail, even syncing my iphone with the bluetooth in the vehicle. I must say that I had attempted to purchase a vehicle from the local dealership where I live in Danbury and got nothing but the runaround. Ib was a highly unpleasant experience. My experience in Wallingford was the polar opposite and made the hour-long drive worth it as I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. More
